Hi, I'm Amy
Your Nutrition Specialist and Health Coach

My passion is to teach women like you about the inner workings of your body and what it requires in order to heal at any given time.

My approach to health is to be inquisitive. Every ache, pain, sniffle, or rash is a cry for help from the body. It’s saying,
 
“Hey there, look over here, I need some attention, something’s not right!
 
Our bodies are the most intelligent piece of equipment on the planet. They have the innate ability to heal all by themselves.
The problem, generally, is that we humans get in the way.

that our cells require to function optimally – we get more energy! We get more time! We feel less confused because we are connected to our bodies. We are able to regain the peaceful and restorative functions of our cells.
